1. 15-Day Return Window
You may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused
- Unopened
- In its original packaging
- In the same condition you received it
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For the safety of all customers, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used hair products
- Items not in their original packaging
- Products purchased on clearance or during final sale promotions
- Gift cards
3. Return Process
To start a return, please contact our support team at:

Include:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Product name
- Reason for the return
Once your return request is reviewed, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back to us.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the return is due to an error from our end (wrong item delivered, damaged product on arrival, etc.).
4. Inspection & Approval
After we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria.
You will be notified via email whether your return has been approved or rejected.
5. Refunds
If your return is approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging
- Order number
We will replace the item at no additional cost to you.
7. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct product exchanges.
If you need a different item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.
